The Microchip Technology SEC1110 and SEC1210 Smart Card Controllers are offered in 16-pin and 24-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) packages. These devices are available in commercial (0ºC to +70ºC) and industrial (-40ºC to +85ºC) temperature ranges.
