Microsemi / Microchip MPLADxxKP TVS(과도 전압 억제기) 다이오드는 내열성 및 누적 발열을 최소화하도록 설계되었습니다. 이러한 MPLAD 다이오드는 정격 전력이 18kW 및 36kW이고 단방향 및 양방향 구성으로 모두 제공됩니다.
