ATtiny417/ATtiny814/ATtiny816/ATtiny817 MCU는 14핀, 20핀 및 24핀 패키지에서 최대 8KB 플래시, 512 바이트의 SRAM 및 128바이트의 EEPROM과 함께 최대 20MHz에서 작동하는 하드웨어 곱셈기가 있는 8비트 AVR 프로세서를 제공합니다. 이런 소자에서는 Atmel picoPower^® 기술을 사용해 이벤트 시스템 및 SleepWalking, 정확한 아날로그 기능과 고급 주변 장치를 포함한 유연한 저전력 아키텍처를 지원합니다. 구동되는 차폐 기능이 있는 용량성 터치 인터페이스가 통합된 QTouch^® 주변 기기 터치 컨트롤러와 함께 지원됩니다. Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs) technology allows connected peripherals to operate independently of the core and includes serial communication and analog peripherals. Together with the Event System, which allows peripherals to communicate without using the CPU, applications can be optimized at a system level. This lowers power consumption and increases throughput and system reliability.
