Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 3.3V ESD Diodes safeguard up to eight high-speed I/O lines with versatile SMD packages. These diodes provide superior performance, protecting sensitive components against electrostatic discharge and lightning events. The ESD diodes feature a 15V to 25V low clamping voltage range and 0.25pF to 0.4pF ultra-low capacitance range. These diodes offer enhanced reliability by minimizing the risk of damage to high-speed I/O lines and increase the longevity of electronic devices. The ESD diodes are available in SOD-523, CSP1610, and DFN5515 SMD packages. Typical applications include USB-Cs, superspeed USBs (USB 3.0), HDMIs, display ports, and antennas.
