MACOM Power Amplifiers
MACOM Power Amplifiers are a portfolio of devices for power applications. The power amplifiers operate from up to 0.001 to 31.5GHz. The devices are fully matched across the band and include a temperature-compensated output power detector.

- The MAAP-011319 is a 1/2W Ka-band power amplifier
- The MAAP-011341 is a 1/2W Ka-band power amplifier
- The MAGX-101050-002C0P is a GaN on Si HEMT D-mode amplifier designed for 2W peak power and optimized for 1-5GHz frequency operation
- The MAAP-011324 is a 0.25W distributed power amplifier offered in a lead-free 5mm 32-lead AQFN package
- The MAAP-011327 is a 1W distributed power amplifier offered in a lead-free 5mm 32-lead AQFN package.
