Littelfuse SC3402-02ETG ESD Protection Diode
Littelfuse SC3402-02ETG ESD Protection Diode is an ultra-low capacitance, unidirectional ESD protection diode array designed to safeguard high-speed data interfaces. The typical capacitance of 0.4pF ensures excellent signal integrity for interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.0, and USB 3.1 Gen 1. The SC3402-02ETG SPA® diode can withstand ±15kV contact and ±20kV air ESD strikes per IEC 61000‑4‑2 without degrading performance. It also safely dissipates 7A of 8/20µs surge current, meeting IEC 61000‑4‑5 2nd edition surge requirements. The SC3402-02ETG TVS diode array is housed in a tiny SOD883 package, which helps save PCB space in compact electronics. This ESD protection diode is halogen‑free, lead‑free, RoHS-compliant, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.
