Littelfuse 고온 SCR 시리즈
Littelfuse 고온 SCR은 난방, 모터 속도 제어, 컨버터/정류기 및 용량성 방전 점화의 위상 제어와 같은 단방향 스위치 애플리케이션에 이상적입니다. 이 SCR은 약 1.5V에서 최대 200µA의 낮은 게이트 전류 트리거 레벨이 특징입니다. 일반적으로 오토바이 엔진 CDI용 용량성 방전 시스템, 휴대용 발전기 엔진 점화, 스트로브 조명 및 네일러 등에 사용됩니다.
