AVX 고온 자동차용 배리스터는 양방향 보호 기능을 제공하고 AEC-Q200 인증을 받았습니다. VT AEC-Q200 인증 다층 배리스터는 설계자가 단일 고신뢰성 장치로 회로 보호 기능과 EMI/RFI 감쇠 기능을 결합하여 설계할 수 있게 해줍니다. VT 배리스터는 175℃ 사양에 따라 테스트와 인증을 거쳤으며 규격에 지정된 작동 온도 범위에서 어떤 정격 감소도 필요하지 않습니다. VGAH 시리즈는 최고 온도가 150°C이고 VT 시리즈보다 큰 크기로 제공됩니다. 이런 VGAH 배리스터는 유리로 밀봉되어 있어 가혹한 환경에 대한 저항성이 향상되었습니다. AVX 고온 자동차용 배리스터는 엔진실, 다운홀 시추 및 고온 애플리케이션에 적합합니다.
VGAS multilayer varistors are glass-encapsulated TransGuard® zinc oxide (ZnO) based ceramic semiconductor devices with bi-directional voltage-current, non-linear characteristics. These varistors feature high current capability and high energy absorption, making them ideal for protection against automotive-related transients. VCAS varistors are available with either TransGuard or FLEXITERM technology. TransGuard VCAS varistors offer bi-directional overvoltage protection and EMI/RFI attention in a single SMT package as well as high current and high energy handling capability. VCAS varistors with FLEXITERM have FLEXITERM technology that provides up to 5mm of flexure without internal cracking, making them suitable for depanelization and variable temperature applications. KYOCERA AVX High-Temperature Automotive Varistors are ideal for under-the-hood, downhole drilling, and high-temperature applications.
