1000 X-Series
The InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are entry-level oscilloscopes with professional-level capabilities and connected software for remote control and data logging. These oscilloscopes feature 6-in-1 instrument integration, achieve 50MHz to 200MHz of bandwidth, and provide signal detail with up to 200,000wfrms/sec update rate. The 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes let the users perform advanced analysis with mask testing, FFT, math functions, analog bus, and protocol triggering/decoding capabilities.
2000 X-Series
The InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes enable the user to perform deeper analysis featuring advanced waveform math, higher updates rates, and mixed-signal capabilities. These oscilloscopes are capable of achieving 70MHz to 200MHz of bandwidth and simulating operations with standard advanced math functions. The 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes isolate and analyze pulses, bursts, or infrequent glitches with segmented memory. PathWave BenchVue oscilloscope software is available for remote control, data logging, and automated testing.
