Guerrilla RF GRF1202 Log Average Power Detector is developed for high-volume, cost-sensitive applications in the 400MHz to 6000MHz frequency range. The GRF1202 logarithmic, average power detector IC has an operating supply voltage range of 3.3V to 6.0V. The Guerrilla RF GRF1202 is enclosed in a 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm 6-pin plastic DFN package.
