Diodes Inc. DGD21x 고전압 & 고속 게이트 드라이버는 하프 브리지 및 풀 브리지 구성으로 쉽게 전력 MOSFET 및 IGBT를 스위치합니다. DGD21x는 높은 측과 낮은 측 출력 드라이브 성능이 특징입니다. 이 드라이버들은 단순한 논리 레벨 입력을 가지며 컨트롤러와 전력 MOSFET/IGBT 스위치 사이에 쉬운 인터페이스를 제공합니다.
