DFRobot DRI0044 2x1.2A DC Motor Driver

DFRobot DRI0044 2x1.2A DC Motor Driver is a micro dual-way DC motor driver based on the TB6612FNG motor driver IC. This DFRobot motor driver inherits the motor control logic of L298N and needs only four pins to drive two motors. The DRI0044 motor driver features a 1.2A maximum continuous drive current of single-channel and 2.7V to 5.5V operating voltage. The 1.2A of output current is sufficient to drive some micro DC motors. This motor driver uses a standard XH2.54 pin that can be inserted directly into the breadboard. The DRI0044 motor driver is ideal for DIY projects or product developments.

The TB6612FNG is a driver IC for a dual DC motor with an output transistor in an LD MOS structure with a low on-resistor. This driver IC features CW/CCW/short brake/stop function modes, 15V maximum power supply voltage, a built-in thermal shutdown circuit, and a low voltage detection circuit.
