Bourns CD-MBL 브리지 정류기 다이오드는 전원 공급 응용 기기션에서 교류 전류(AC)를 직류 전류(DC)로 전환하는 최적의 솔루션을 만들어 주는 우수한 높은 순전류 및 낮은 순전압을 제공합니다. 이러한 특징들은 설계자들이 높은 전류 응용 기기용으로 큰 다이오드를 지정할 필요성을 피하는 컴팩트하고 높은 효율성 설계 요건을 충족할 수 있습니다. Bourns CD-MBL 브리지 정류기는 1A(CD-MBL1xx) 또는 2A(CD-MBL2xx) 순전류 및 200V와 1000V 사이에 폭넓은 반복 피크 역전압을 제공합니다.

The compact size of the CD-MBL Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes make them well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also mount onto the bottom side of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) where necessary. The Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and a flat configuration minimizes roll-away.
