Maxim MAX16935/MAX16939 3.5A 전류 모드 강압 컨버터는 보다 나은 효율을 위해 외부 Schottky 다이오드로 작동하도록 설계된 집적 하이 측 및 로우 측 MOSFET와 함께 제공됩니다. 로우 측 MOSFET는 경부하 응용 기기에서 고정 주파수 강제 PWM(FPWM)을 작동시킵니다. 이 장치는 3.5V~36V의 입력 전압 범위에서 작동하며 동시에 무부하 조건에서 28µA 대기 전류만 사용합니다. 전환 주파수는 220kHz~2.2MHz 범위로 프로그래밍 가능한 레지스터이며 외부 클록과 동기화 가능합니다. 이 장치의 출력 전압은 3.3V/5V 확정 전압으로 제공 가능하거나 1V~10V 범위로 조절 가능합니다. 과도 전압 조건 동안 98% 듀티 사이클로 작동할 수 있는 능력과 함께 폭넓은 입력 전압 범위 덕분에 이 장치는 자동차 및 산업용 응용 기기에 적합합니다.

The Analog Devices MAX16935 and MAX16939 Step-Down Converters are available in 16-pin TQFN-EP and TSSOP-EP packages and are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications.
