Maxim Integrated MAX14866 16채널 고전압 아날로그 스위치는 초음파 애플리케이션에서 HV 멀티플렉싱에 이상적이고 +5V의 저전압 전원 하나로만 작동합니다. MAX14866은 전용 HV 전원이 불필요하고, 인 프로브(in-probe) 애플리케이션의 경우 프로브/트랜스듀서 헤드에서 HV 전원을 MAX14866과 연결할 필요는 없습니다. 따라서 비용 절감, 시스템 단순화, 더욱 용이한 안전 규정 준수 등의 이점을 누릴 수 있습니다. 이 스위치는 동급 최고 수준의 대역폭(최대 500MHz) 성능, 전하 주입(100pC 미만) 및 선형 송신 입력 범위(최대 210VPKPK)를 보유하고 있습니다. 낮은 신호 스위치 RDSON은 0V 근처에서 보통 약 7Ω이고 전체 입력 범위에서 평탄한 상태로 유지되어 극히 훌륭한 선형성을 보장합니다.

The switch has best-in-class bandwidth (up to 500MHz) performance, charge injection (<100pC), and linear transmit input range (up to 210VPKPK). The low-signal switch RDSON is typically about 7Ω around 0V and remains flat in the entire input range ensuring extremely good linearity.
