MAX14001과 MAX14002에는 바이너리 입력 측(계자 측)과 비교기 출력/SPI 측(로직 측) 사이에 3.75kVRMS의 통합 격리 장치가 있습니다. 통합 격리형 DC-DC 컨버터는 입력 신호가 없을 때도 계자 측 진단 소자를 작동할 수 있도록 모든 계자 측 회로에 전력을 공급합니다. 20핀 SSOP 패키지는 그룹 II CTI 등급으로 연면 거리와 간극이 5.5mm입니다.

Evaluation System
Analog Devices MAX14001EVSYS# and MAX14002EVSYS# Evaluation System provides the hardware and software necessary to evaluate the MAX14001/2. The evaluation kit has Pmod-compatible connectors for SPI communication.
