Maxim MAX11410 저전력 델타 시그마 아날로그-디지털 컨버터(ADC)는 정밀 센서 계측에 최적화된 여러 기능과 사양을 갖춘 저전력, 다중 채널, 24비트 델타 시그마 ADC입니다. 입력부에는 입력 임피던스가 매우 높고 1x~128x의 가용 이득 값을 갖는 저잡음 프로그래밍 가능 이득 증폭기(PGA)가 포함되어 있어 전체적인 동적 범위를 최적화할 수 있습니다. 입력 버퍼는 PGA를 사용하지 않을 경우 전환된 커패시터 샘플링 네트워크에서 신호 입력 분리 기능을 제공하며 고임피던스 공급 장치를 사용하는 경우라도 ADC를 쉽게 구동할 수 있습니다. 통합된 여러 기능이 정밀 센서 응용 기기를 간소화합니다. 프로그래밍 가능 일치 전류 공급 장치가 저항성 센서에 대한 여자 기능을 제공합니다. 추가적인 전류 싱크 및 전류 공급 장치가 파손된 센서 배선 감지 작업을 지원합니다. 10 채널 입력 멀티플렉스는 복잡한 여러 센서 계측에 필요한 유연성을 제공합니다. The MAX11410 offers several integrated features that simplify precision sensor applications. The programmable matched current sources provide excitation for resistive sensors—an additional current sink and current source aid in detecting broken sensor wires. The 10-channel input multiplexer provides the flexibility needed for complex, multi-sensor measurements. The GPIOs reduce isolation components and ease control of switches or other circuitry.
The digital filter settles within a single conversion cycle when used in single-cycle mode. The available FIR digital filter allows single-cycle settling in 16ms while providing more than 90dB simultaneous rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz line noise.
The integrated on-chip oscillator requires no external components. If needed, an external clock source may be used instead. Control registers and conversion data are accessed through the SPI-compatible serial interface.
The Analog Devices MAX11410 Delta-Sigma ADC is offered in a small 28-Pin 4mm x 4mm TQFN package and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
