Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4624 14VIN, 4A 강압 DC/DC μModule 레귤레이터는 4A의 연속 및 5A 피크 출력 전류를 제공하는 고효율 설계 장치입니다. LTM4624의 출력 전압 범위는 0.6~5.5V이며 출력은 단일 외부 저항기에 의해 설정됩니다. μModule 레귤레이터는 외부 바이어스 공급 시 4~14V 또는 2.375~14V 입력 전압 범위에서 작동합니다. 선택 가능한 불연속 모드 작동 및 출력 전압 추적 기능이 공급 레일 시퀀싱을 지원합니다. 회선 및 부하 변화에 대한 매우 빠른 과도 반응을 허용하는 LTM4624는 안정성을 저해하지 않고 높은 스위칭 주파수 및 전류 모드 제어 기능을 사용합니다. DC/DC μModule 레귤레이터의 결함 보호 기능으로 과전압, 과전류 및 과열 보호 기능을 들 수 있습니다. LTM4624의 경우 SnPb(BGA) 또는 RoHS 준수 단자 마감 처리가 가능합니다.
Supply rail sequencing is supported through selectable discontinuous mode operation and output voltage tracking. Enabling a very fast transient response to line and load changes the LTM4624, uses high switching frequency and current mode control without sacrificing stability.
Overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection are fault protection features for the DC/DC μModule regulators. SnPb (BGA) or RoHS compliant terminal finish are available for the LTM4624.
