Analog Devices Inc. LTM4620/A 이중 13A 또는 단일 26A DC/DC μModule 레귤레이터의 고효율 설계 장치는 개별 출력 장치에 최대 13A의 연속 전류를 제공하므로 몇 개의 입력 및 출력 커패시터만 필요합니다. LTM4620/A에는 장치 온도 모니터링용 탑재형 온도 다이오드가 있습니다. 높은 스위칭 주파수와 전류 모드 아키텍처를 통해 안정성을 저해하지 않고 회선 및 부하 변화에 대한 매우 빠른 과도 반응이 가능합니다. 특징으로는 다중위상 작동, Burst Mode® 작동, 모든 레일 시퀀싱에 대한 출력 전압 추적 및 주파수 동기화를 들 수 있습니다. µModule 레귤레이터는 과전압 및 과전류 보호를 비롯한 여러 가지 결함 보호 기능이 있습니다.
