Analog Devices Inc. LTC4380 낮은 대기전류 서지 스토퍼는 8μA 작동의 낮은 대기전류가 특징이며 고전압 과도 전류로부터 로드 장치를 보호합니다. 외부 N채널 MOSFET의 게이트 전압을 클램핑하면 과전압 보호 기능이 제공됩니다. 이 장치는 자동차의 로드 범프 같은 과전압 이벤트 발생 시 출력 전압을 안전한 값으로 제한합니다. 12V 및 24V/28V 시스템을 위해 고정 게이트 클램프 전압을 선택 가능합니다. 모든 전압이 최대 72V인 시스템의 경우, 조절 가능한 게이트 클램프 버전을 사용합니다. 과전류 보호 기능도 제공됩니다.
