Amphenol Pcd µCom-10Gb+ 시리즈는 빠른 전송 속도와 함께 극한 환경에 대해 높은 내구성을 지닌 소형 커넥터에 대한 요구를 충족하기 위해 설계되었으며 현재 푸시풀 버전도 출시되었습니다. 소켓 및 인라인 소켓은 스레드 및 푸시풀 플러그 모두에 호환됩니다. 스레드 버전에 대해서는 MIL-DTL-38999 시리즈 III 군용 규격에 따라, 푸시풀 버전에 대해서는 MIL-DTL-26482 군용 규격에 따라 테스트를 받은 이 소형 커넥터(최대 외부 직경 15mm(.59"))는 가장 혹독한 환경 조건에서도 IEEE 802.3an-2006당 10Gb/s 이상의 속도를 낼 수 있습니다. 견고한 구조로 제작된 IP68의 설계 특징은 누화를 최소화하기 위해 커넥터 전체가 완전히 절연된 4개의 절연 연선과, 교란을 최소화하기 위한 독특한 계면 형태로 특허가 출원 중인 외형입니다. 스레드 결합 구조로 높은 내진동성을 제공합니다. 이 설계는 체결 및 해체된 리셉터클에 대한 500시간의 염수 분사, 솔더 접점당 24AWG(최대), 크림프 접점당 24~26AWG, 온도 범위 -55~+125°C에서 절연 파괴 내전압 1,500Vrms의 IP68 밀폐성을 제공합니다.
