Ambiq Apollo3 Blue Evaluation Board

Ambiq Apollo3 Blue Evaluation Board is based on the Apollo3 Blue SoC in the BGA package. The board is ideal for battery-powered applications requiring sensor measurement and data analysis. A host processor uses a serial slave port using the l2C, SPI, or l2S protocol to communicate with the Apollo3 Blue SoC. A comprehensive suite of standard software development tools supports the Ambiq Apollo3 Blue Evaluation Board.

The Apollo3 Blue SoC parts from the Ambiq factory are preprogrammed with a Secure Bootloader and an uninitialized Customer InfoSpace, referred to as INFOO. Initial provisioning of the part would include programming a valid INFOO and programming the main firmware image in the flash. The Apollo3 Blue Eval Board is shipped with the INFOO configuration preprogrammed with optimal settings for the Eval Board layout.
