Advanced Photonix LS-1550 AlGaAs LED features a 1550nm peak wavelength, long life, and high reliability. This LED is available in a TO-46 lens cap featuring a narrow viewing angle. The LS-1550 AlGaAs LED delivers 200mA forward DC current, 5V reverse voltage, and operates within the -40°C to 100°C temperature range.
