ABLIC S-8240A Battery Protection ICs
ABLIC S-8240A Battery Protection ICs are for lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable batteries. The ICs include high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The S-8240A Series can protect 1-cell lithium-ion/lithium polymer rechargeable battery packs from overcharge, over-discharge, and overcurrent.Features

- Discharge overcurrent detection voltage 0.015V to 0.200V (5mV step) Accuracy ±5mV
- Load short-circuiting detection voltage 0.065V to 0.500V (25mV step)*3 Accuracy ±40mV

- Detection delay times are generated only by an internal circuit (external capacitors are unnecessary)
