ABLIC S-19230 66V 100mA Voltage Regulators
ABLIC S-19230 66V 100mA Voltage Regulators are developed by using a high-voltage CMOS process technology. These are positive voltage regulators with a high withstand voltage, low current consumption, and high-accuracy output voltage. The S-19230 devices offer a high operation voltage of 66V, making it compatible with 12V, 24V, and 48V battery systems, and it can be operated at a low consumption current of 2µA (typical). These devices also feature a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat. The S-19230 regulators are ideal for automotive use in engines, transmissions, suspensions, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and constant-voltage power supplies.
