Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4571 Synchronous Step-Down Converters achieve up to 1A of continuous output current with peak current control for superior transient response. The wide 4.5V to 60V input voltage range accommodates step-down applications in automotive input environments, while the 2μA shutdown mode quiescent current is ideal for battery-powered applications. The MPQ4571 series offers 250mΩ/45mΩ internal power MOSFETs, 40µA quiescent current, built-in soft start, enable control, and power good indications. The high-duty cycle and low-dropout mode are supplied for automotive cold crank conditions. MPS MPQ4571 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are ideal for automotive infotainment, lamps, LEDs, and industrial power systems, and the QFN-12 (2.5mm x 3mm) package provides a compact solution.
