Maxim MAX17620 동기식 강압 DC-DC 컨버터는 고주파 고효율 동기식 강압 DC-DC 컨버터입니다. MOSFET이 통합되어 있으며, 2.7V~5.5V 범위에 걸친 입력 전압으로 작동합니다. 600mA의 부하 전류 및 1.5V - 100% VIN의 출력 전압을 지원합니다. 고주파로 작동하기 때문에 소형 저비용 인덕터 및 커패시터를 사용할 수 있습니다.
