Littelfuse HMOV™ 바리스터 시리즈
Littelfuse HMOV™ 배리스터 시리즈는 125ºC의 최고 주변 온도와 2500V 절연 전압에서 작동하는 최초의 배리스터입니다. 이 방사형 납이 함유된 배리스터의 최대 피크 서지 전류는 최대 정격 10kA(8/20µs 펄스)입니다. 이 시리즈 특징은 넓은 작동 전압 범위로서 3가지의 디스크 크기(10mm, 14mm, 20mm)로 제공됩니다. HMOV 배리스터는 간접 낙뢰 충격, 스위칭 서지 과도전류, 비정상적으로 빠른 과도 전류로부터 보호해 주는 기능을 제공합니다.
