Littelfuse DUR 초고속 회복 정류기는 상업 및 산업용 애플리케이션에 대한 요구 사항을 충족하도록 설계되었습니다. DUR 시리즈는 초고속 스위칭 속도에 매우 낮은 역방향 회복 시간(TRR)을 제공합니다. 이런 정류기는 높은 접합 온도 성능, 높은 차단 전압 및 낮은 누설과 낮은 순방향 전압 강하 기능도 제공합니다. 이 정류기는 최소한의 냉각 기능만으로 높은 주변 온도나 사용 환경에서 높은 신뢰성을 가지고 있습니다. 일반적으로 스위치 모드 전원 공급 장치와 DC-DC 컨버터에 사용됩니다.
