Multilayer High Q Capacitors

Johanson Technology Multilayer High-Q Capacitors were designed for high Q and microwave applications. The S Series High-Q capacitors offer ultra-high Q performance and NPO temperature characteristics. The L Series High-Q capacitors offer mid-high Q performance and NPO temperature characteristics. The Johanson Technology multilayer High Q Capacitors series have a capacitance range from 0.1pF to 10,000pF.

TANCERAM® Chip Capacitor

Johanson Dielectrics TANCERAM® Chip Capacitor offers several advantages over tantalum capacitors and can replace tantalums in many applications. This capacitor exhibits extremely low ESR, which allows equivalent circuit performance to be achieved using considerably lower capacitance values. The TANCERAM capacitor features low DC leakage, reducing the current drain and extending the battery life of portable products. Johanson Dielectrics TANCERAM chip capacitor also delivers high DC voltage breakdown ratings for improved reliability while eliminating the large voltage derating that commonly occurs with tantalum capacitors.
