STM8A Automotive Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics STM8A Automotive Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-density devices that feature an enhanced STM8 CPU core. They provide increased processing power up to 16MIPS at 16MHz while maintaining the advantages of a CISC architecture. STMicroelectronics STM8A series has improved code density, a 24-bit linear addressing space and an optimized architecture for low power operations.
