TPS3760/TPS3760-Q1 고전압 감시 장치

Texas Instruments TPS3760/TPS3760-Q1 고전압 감시 장치는 OV(과전압) 또는 UV(부족전압) 조건을 빠르게 감지하기 위한 넓은 입력 범위와 낮은 대기 전류 윈도우 감시 장치입니다. TPS3760/TPS3760-Q1은 공장 자동화, 모터 드라이브, 빌딩 자동화 등 다양한 산업 애플리케이션에서 12V/24V 공급 레일에 직접 연결하여 모니터링할 수 있습니다. SENSE 핀에 히스테리시스가 내장되어 있어 공급 전압 레일을 모니터링할 때 잘못된 리셋 신호를 방지합니다.
