MASW-011071 PIN Diode Terminated SPDT Switch

MACOM MASW-011071 PIN Diode Terminated SPDT Switch has a low insertion loss of 1dB and high isolation of 38dB with an integrated bias network and termination circuit. The MASW-011071 is a terminated silicon PIN diode SPDT switch designed for X-Band high power, high-performance applications. The MACOM switch is assembled in a lead-free 7mm 44-lead PQFN plastic package. The switch handles greater than 20W of CW power over the 8GHz to 10.5GHz frequency band.
