SMP1331-08xLF Shunt Connected PIN Diodes

Skyworks SMP1331-08xLF Shunt Connected PIN Diodes are surface mount device for applications from 10MHz to beyond 6GHz. These low capacitance silicon PIN diodes are designed for high power, high volume switch, and attenuator applications. The PIN diodes are available in a 45W and a 50W high RF power handling variant. The SMP1331-08xLF diodes feature low junction capacitance, low parasitic inductance, low thermal resistance, and nominal 30µm I-region width. All these features make SMP1331-08xLF useful in a large signal, low-loss, and high-power switch applications. These shunt connected PIN diodes are available in a 3-pin 2mm x 2mm QFN package.
