TMCS1170 홀 효과 전류 센서

Texas Instruments TMCS1170 홀 효과 전류 센서는 콤팩트한 QFN 패키지에서 전기적으로 절연된 AC 및 DC 측정을 제공합니다. TI는 외부 자기장의 간섭을 차단하기 위해 차동 홀 센서, 통합 차폐 및 코어리스 구조를 적용했습니다. 내부 저저항 도체는 전력 손실과 발열을 최소화하면서 높은 연속 전류 측정을 가능하게 합니다.
