Renesas/Intersil ISL99227 스마트 전원단(SPS)은 Intersil ISL681xx 디지털 다상(DMP) 컨트롤러와 함께 사용하도록 설계된 제품입니다. ISL99227은 고도로 정확한 통합 전류 및 온도 모니터를 제공하며, 이를 컨트롤러에 피드백하여 다상 DC/DC 시스템을 완성할 수 있습니다. 이 소자를 사용하면 DCR 감지 네트워크와 관련 열 보정 기능을 없앰으로써 설계를 간소화하고 성능을 높일 수 있습니다. 경부하 효율은 전용 LFET 컨트롤 핀을 통해 지원됩니다. 방열 성능이 강화된 5.0mm x 5.0mm PQFN 패키지는 전체 PCB 설치 공간에서 최소한을 요구합니다. Renesas Electronics ISL99227 SPS features a 3.3V compatible, 5.0V compatible, tri-state PWM input. Working together with the multiphase PWM controllers, the Smart Power Stage provides a robust solution in the event of abnormal operating conditions. The ISL99227 also improves system performance and reliability with integrated fault protection of UVLO, over-temperature, and overcurrent. An open-drain fault reporting pin simplifies the handshake between SPS and Intersil controllers and can be used to disable the controller during start-up and fault conditions.
