Renesas Electronics ISL7823x 소형 동기식 벅 레귤레이터

Renesas/Intersill ISL7823x 소형 동기식 벅 레귤레이터는 고효율의 모놀리식 동기 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 2.7~5.5V의 입력 전원에서 공급되는 연속 출력 전류로 ISL78233은 3A, ISL78234는 4A, ISL78235는 5A를 제공합니다. ISL7823x는 전류 모드 제어 아키텍처를 사용하여 높은 주파수에서 매우 낮은 듀티 사이클로 작동합니다. 이를 통해 빠른 과도 응답과 탁월한 루프 안정성을 실현할 수 있습니다.

  • Very low ON-resistance HS/LS switches:
    • 35mΩ/11mΩ
  • Internal 1ms or adjustable external soft-start
  • Soft-stop output discharge during disable
  • OTP, OCP, output OVP, input UVLO protections
  • 1% reference accuracy over-temperature
  • Up to 95% efficiency
  • AEC-Q100 qualified (ISL78235)
  • Common pinout family allows migration from 3A to 5A without PCB change:
    • ISL78233: 3A
    • ISL78234: 4A
    • ISL78235: 5A
