Renesas Electronics ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422 송수신기
Renesas/Intersil ISL3245xE RS-485/RS-422 송수신기는 밸런스가 유지되는 통신을 위한 ±60V 장애 보호, 3.3~5V 전압, ±20V의 공통 모드 범위 차동 송수신기입니다. 확장된 공통 모드 범위는 RS-485에 필요한 것보다 넓습니다. RS-485는 최대 ±60V의 과전압과 ±15kV ESD의 충격으로부터 보호됩니다. 이 송수신기는 최대 ±20V의 공통 모드 전압이 인가되는 환경에서 작동합니다.
