Infineon 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V 보호 스위치 Arduino 실드는 24V 로드 장치 구동 상태에 대한 빠르고 저렴한 시제품화를 가능하게 하는 평가 보드입니다. 이 보드는 Arduino 마이크로컨트롤러 보드 및 XMC™ 마이크로컨트롤러 키트와 호환됩니다. 이 실드에는 3개의 보호 하이 측 전력 MOSFET가 장착되어 있습니다. MOSFET는 PROFET™+ 24V 제품군(2x BTT6030-2EKA , 1x BTT6020-1EKA)의 일부이며 총 5개의 24V 채널이 있습니다.

- Fast and inexpensive prototyping of 24V load driving

- Overtemperature shut down with latch behavior

- 8V to 36V nominal input voltage (max. 5V to 48V)
- Nominal current up to 5A per channel restricted due to PCB (BTT6020-1EKA nominal current: 7A)
