Hirose Electric FH40 0.5mm 피치 FPC 수직 커넥터는 강력한 액추에이터로 구축되고 FPC가 단순하게 삽입된 결과 초기 시리즈에서 종래 FPC 커넥터에서 소요되던 연결 작업 시간이 30%까지 줄었습니다. 혹독한 작동 환경에서조차 FPC와의 신뢰성 있는 기계 및 전기 연결을 제공하도록 설계된 이 무할로겐 수직 커넥터는 동일한 모션에서 FPC 삽입 및 연결을 모두 완료할 수 있는 Hirose의 혁신적인 액추에이터, 정확한 FPC 삽입을 보장하는 측면 캐처, 안전한 연결을 보장하는 촉감 확인 잠금 기능이 있는 성능이 입증된 "플립 록" 회전식 액추에이터 및 이 액추에이터를 유지하는 고유한 단자 형태가 특징입니다. 또한 이 커넥터는 표준 0.3mm 두께의 FPC와 호환되며 보드 높이가 5.8mm 이상입니다. 매우 신뢰할 수 있고 내구성이 우수한 이 커넥터는 정격 전류가 0.5A DC, 50 Vms AC이고, 작동 온도 범위는 -40~+85⁰C이며, 보관 온도 범위는 -10~+50⁰C이고 저항은 150 Vrms AC/1분에서 플래시오버 또는 절연 차단 없이 100V DC에서 최소 50MΩ이며, 20주기 동안 손상, 균열 또는 부품 변색없이 최대 50mΩ입니다. Designed to provide a reliable mechanical and electrical connection with the FPC even in rough operating environments, the FH40 Series 0.5mm connectors feature Hirose's innovative actuator form enabling the completion of both FPC insertion~ joint in the same motion, side catcher to ensure accurate FPC insertion, proven "flip-lock" rotating actuator design with tactile confirmation lock to assure a secure connection, and an unique terminal form to retain the actuator.
