onsemi HCPL2630/HCPL2631 듀얼 채널 옵토 커플러는 10Mbps 데이터 속도와 10kV/µs 공통 모드 제거(CMR)가 특징입니다. 이 Fairchild 옵토커플러들은 섬광 출력이 있는 고속 통합된 광검출기 논리 게이트에 광커플된 850nm 알루미늄 갈륨 비화물(AlGaAs) LED로 구성됩니다. HCPL2630 및 HCPL2631 옵토 커플러는 -40ºC~+85ºC 온도 범위에서 작동합니다. 접지 루프 제거, 데이터 멀티플렉싱 등에 사용됩니다.
