Texas Instruments TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1 정밀 전압 감시 장치는 정밀 전압 감시 장치와 프로그래밍 가능한 윈도우 감시 타이머를 결합한 제품입니다. TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1 윈도우 비교기의 정확도는 과전압(VIT+(OV)) 및 저전압(VIT–(UV)) 임계값 모두에 대해 0.8%(–40°C~+125°C)입니다. 또한, TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1은 두 임계값에 대해 모두 히스테리시스가 정확하므로, 허용 오차가 엄격한 시스템에 사용하기에 적합합니다. 감시 장치 RESET 지연을 공장에서 프로그래밍되는 기본 지연 설정으로 지정하거나 외부 커패시터로 프로그래밍할 수 있습니다. 공장에서 프로그래밍되는 RESET 지연은 정확도 15%의 고정밀 지연 타이밍으로 설정됩니다. TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1에는 다양한 애플리케이션용으로 프로그래밍 가능한 윈도우 감시 타이머가 있습니다. WDO(전용 감시 출력)는 해상도를 높여 결함 상태 특성 판별 작업을 지원할 수 있습니다. TPS3850-Q1 장치는 자동차 애플리케이션에 대한 AEC-Q100 인증을 획득했습니다.
