TBU®-CA High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU^®-CA High-Speed Protectors feature low capacitance and MOSFET semiconductor technology to protect against faults caused by AC power cross, short circuits, lightning surges, and induction. These single bidirectional protectors provide an effective barrier between sensitive electronics and surge events. Bourns TBU-CA protectors are ideal for voice / VDSL cards, protection modules / dongles, test and measurement equipment, general electronics, and process control equipment.
