APX803L 마이크로 파워 전압 검출기

Diodes Incorporated APX803L 마이크로 파워 전압 검출기는 전원 공급 장치, 마이크로프로세서(μP), 마이크로컨트롤러(μC) 및 디지털 시스템을 모니터링할 목적으로 설계한 제품입니다. APX803L은 필요한 공급 전류가 1.0μA에 불과하므로, 작동 전류를 최소화하여 휴대용의 배터리 전원 공급식 장치에 대한 시스템 효율을 개선하는 효과가 있습니다. +1.5%의 높은 임계 전압 정확도를 자랑하는 이 장치를 사용하면 V_CC 재설정 임계값을 정밀하게 제어할 수 있습니다. 이 장치 회로는 모니터링되는 V_CC 레벨이 선택한 임계 전압 레벨 미만으로 떨어질 때 리셋 신호를 내보내어 감시 기능을 수행합니다. V_CC가 임계 전압보다 높은 레벨로 돌아가 사이클을 완료할 때까지 리셋 신호는 그대로 유지됩니다. 또 다른 이점으로는 시스템에서 필요에 따라 선택할 수 있는 여러 가지 지연 시간 옵션(0ms, 55ms, 220ms 및 450ms)이 있는 액티브 로우 출력 핀을 사용하는 오픈 드레인 출력부가 있습니다. APX803L 전압 검출기에서는 3핀 SOT23, SOT323, SC59, SOT25 및 2핀 변형으로 구성된 패키지를 사용할 수 있습니다.
