AL1692 LED의 내부 MOSFET 버전은 PCB 크기가 작은 가격이 저렴한 솔루션을 제공하고 3W~10W의 램프를 직접 구동합니다. 외부 MOSFET와 함께 사용 시 컨트롤러 전용 버전이 최대 25W까지 전력 수준의 높은 애플리케이션을 지원할 수 있습니다. 오프라인 트라이액 디밍 가능 LED 조명 애플리케이션을 위해 고안된 AL1692의 단일 단, 벅 부스트, 비격리 구성은 높은 전력 계수와 NEMA(국가 전기 제조 협회) SSL(고정 상태 조명) 표준을 충족하는 높은 트라이액 디머 호환 솔루션을 제공합니다. AL1692 LED 드라이버-컨트롤러는 보조 권선이 불필요하고 정확한 출력 LED 전류를 제공하여 우수한 라인 및 부하 조절을 보장하는 한편, 경계 전도 모드(BCM)에서의 작동이 높은 변환 효율을 달성하고 EMI 설계를 용이하게 하여 BOM 비용을 더욱 줄여줍니다. The AL1692 LED driver-controller eliminates auxiliary winding and provides an accurate output LED current that ensures excellent line and load regulation, while its operation in boundary conduction mode (BCM) achieves high‑conversion efficiency and eases EMI design to further reduce BOM cost. Enhanced internal protection features, such as LED open/short circuit protection, overtemperature, undervoltage lockout, leading-edge blanking, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, and thermal fold‑back protection improve system safety and reliability. The controller-only version of the AL1692 is offered in a SO-8 package, while the MOSFET options are supplied in a SO-7 package.
