Cypress Semiconductor CY14V101 1-Mbit (128K × 8) 쿼드 SPI nvSRAM은 QPI 인터페이스에 1-Mbit nvSRAM을 결합합니다. QPI는 특정한 연산 코드의 사용을 통해서 싱글(클록 주기 당 1비트용 1개의 I/O 채널), 듀얼 (클록 주기 당 2비트용 2개의 I/O 채널) 또는 쿼드 (클록 주기 당 4비트용 4개의 I/O 채널) 중 하나에서 메모리의 기록 및 독해가 가능합니다. 메모리는 SRAM 및 비휘발성 SONOS FLASH 퀀텀 트랩 셀로 각각 구성된 128Kbytes로 조직됩니다. SRAM은 무한한 가독 및 기록 주기를 제공하는 반면, 비휘발성 셀은 데이터 저장을 제공합니다. SRAM에서 비휘발성 셀들로 (저장 작동) 데이터 전송은 전원 차단에서 자동으로 발생합니다. 전원을 넣으면 데이터는 비휘발성 셀들로부터 (리콜 작동) SRAM으로 복원됩니다. 사용자들은 또한 SPI 지침을 통해서 무제한 저장 및 리콜 작동을 할 수 있습니다.
