CG2164X3 RF Switch IC
CEL CG2164X3 RF Switch IC is a wireless DPDT RF switch for 2.5GHz and 6.0GHz dual-band wireless LAN applications. This switch has a maximum operating frequency of 6GHz and operates within the temperature range of -45°C to 85°C. The vCG2164X3 RF Switch operates on a 1.8V to 5.0V voltage supply range. This device is housed in a compact 1.5mm2, 6-pin TSON package, and features low insertion loss and high isolation.
