SML-Z14x/ZN4x LEDs
ROHM Semiconductor SML-Z14x/ZN4x LEDs are high-brightness LEDs housed in a PLCC-2 package. These LEDs offer a forward voltage of 20mA and 50mA. The SML-Z14x/ZN4x LEDs are constructed using an InGaN chip structure and a water-clear lens. These LEDs are available in green and blue variants with luminous intensity ratings of 1.1cd and 300mcd. The LEDs operate from the -40°C to 100°C temperature range and support the -40°C to 100°C storage temperature range.
