P6SMB200x SMD Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor P6SMB200x SMD Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes feature 600W peak pulse power (10µs/1000µs waveform) and very fast response time. These diodes operate at a 5W steady-state power dissipation (TT = 75°C) and 100A at 60Hz (8.3ms) peak forward surge current. The P6SMB200x suppressor diodes are available in uni-and bidirectional versions and are UL 94V-0 rated.
