Eaton Electronics SMBJxxH Automotive TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer a peak power rating of 600W at 6.4A to 30.2A current range. These diodes feature low inductance, low leakage current, and excellent voltage clamping capability. The SMBJxxH diodes leverage a V-Groove interlock and dimple design that offers high reliability. These TVS diodes are available in a broad range of footprints designed with the DO-214AA package. The SMBJxxH diodes operate from 5V to 58V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include networking systems and body electronics, ADAS and safety systems, automotive lighting, and battery management systems.
